Teen Scores Close to Perfection

Bowling in the Bartlett Lanes' Saturday Morning Pros on November 22, 2008, 14 year old Sean Greene neared perfection with a 298 game.

He carries a 187 average and the 298 was between games of 177 & 200 giving him a 675 series for the day.  Ms. Holly Ciancioso, Youth Director for Bartlett Lanes, says that Sean is the youngest to have an honor score under her tenure at Bartlett Lanes.

Sean started bowling at the age of 6 at Bartlett Lanes and his previous high game was 268 with his highest series being 681.  He is the son of David and Stephanie Greene (both Sean Greene bowlers) and has 3 older sisters and 3 nephews living in Hawaii, none of whom bowl.

Sean is a freshman at Bolton High School and enjoys basketball and running Track and Field, both of which he hopes to do for Bolton High.

His plans for the future include college where he hopes to
bowl or play basketball.
